Therapy that helps you find yourself again.
For people who are done white-knuckling their way through life.
You might be here because…
You feel stuck in patterns you understand but can’t seem to change
You overthink, over-function, or shut down when things feel overwhelming
You feel emotionally exhausted from constantly holding it all together
You feel stuck when past wounds show up in your present day life
You feel disconnected from yourself, even if things look “fine” on the outside
You’re navigating anxiety, trauma, motherhood, or relationships that feel hard to fully resolve
If this feels familiar, you’re not alone—and there is a way to understand what’s happening beneath the surface.
Hi, I’m Kaci!
I’m a trauma and relational therapist. In our work together, we slow things down enough to understand what your emotions, body responses, and relationship patterns have been organized around—how past experiences continue to show up in the present in ways that can feel automatic or hard to shift.
As these patterns begin to come into focus, there’s more space to feel grounded in yourself and more connected in your relationships.
What this work feels like…
This is a collaborative and relational process where we pay attention to what’s happening in your emotions, your body, and your relationships in real time. We don’t just talk about patterns—we begin to notice how they show up in the moment, so they can slowly start to shift.
Over time, therapy becomes a space where you can experience yourself differently: with more clarity, steadiness, and connection.
“It takes courage to become who you really are.”
-EE Cummings
I often work with people who are experiencing
Anxiety, overwhelm, or emotional dysregulation
Trauma responses that show up in relationships or self-perception
Motherhood and perinatal identity shifts
Patterns of overfunctioning, people-pleasing, or self-criticism
Relationship conflict cycles or emotional disconnection
Family or intergenerational relational wounds
My work is trauma-informed, relational, and grounded in both emotional and nervous system awareness. I integrate somatic approaches, EMDR-informed work, and IFS-informed principles to help you understand and shift patterns at the level where they actually live—not just cognitively, but emotionally and physically as well.
This work may be a good fit if you…
Are curious about your patterns, not just trying to “fix symptoms”
Are open to slowing down and exploring what’s happening beneath the surface
Want to understand yourself more deeply, not just manage stress
Are looking for change that feels internal, relational, and lasting
