Relationships are messy. Connection is worth the work.
Therapy for couples, families, and individuals who are tired of the same patterns getting in the way.
Currently accepting virtual clients in California.
Having the same argument without getting anywhere.
Trying to communicate, but feeling misunderstood.
Wanting to feel closer, but not knowing how to get back on the same page.
Struggling to reconnect with someone you love.
Knowing the past is affecting your relationship, but not knowing how to change the pattern.
Maybe you’ve been...
If this feels familiar, you’re not alone—and there’s a way forward.
Hi, I’m Kaci!
I’m a relational therapist who works with couples, families, and individuals. Together, we slow things down to understand the patterns—both within ourselves and between us—that can make connection feel difficult.
As those patterns become clearer, you can begin to see yourself and your relationships differently—and find a way forward that feels more intentional.
What this work feels like…
Therapy gives you space to slow things down and make sense of what you’ve been experiencing—your pain, your reactions, and the patterns that leave you feeling stuck. Together, we get curious about what’s underneath it all, without judgment or having to figure it out on your own.
Over time, things can start to feel different. You may find yourself reacting less automatically, understanding yourself and the people you love in new ways, and feeling more like yourself again.
“It takes courage to become who you really are.”
-EE Cummings
I often work with people who are experiencing…
The same fights and misunderstandings, over and over.
A desire to understand their partner and feel closer again.
Feeling disconnected from a teenager they love.
A shift in the parent-adult child relationship that feels hard to navigate.
Knowing the past is shaping their reactions, but not knowing how to change the pattern.
My work is relational and trauma-informed, with an understanding of how our early experiences, family relationships, and attachments shape the ways we connect with others. Together, we slow things down to understand the patterns that keep showing up—both within ourselves and in our relationships—so you can begin to respond differently and feel more connected.
This work may be a good fit if you…
Keep finding yourself in the same patterns with the people you love.
Feel like you’re trying to communicate, but keep missing each other.
Want more than a Band-Aid solution.
Are ready to slow down and get to the root of what’s happening.
Want things to feel different—within yourself and in your relationships.
